At MOVA, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the electronic items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Device

  Reset your device to factory settings, remove all personal data, and pack the item securely in its original box with all included accessories and cables.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the unit, we will process your refund or ship your replacement device within 3 to 5 business days.
